Being in love with the art of Matte Painting, I collected these tutorials over one year from numerous onlineresources and eventually compiled them into this document. Originally intended for personal use only, I thought that maybe some people out there might be interested too, so I deceided to relase them to the public. No big thing, and defenitely nothing new C I just gathered these tutorials to have them all in one place. And if any C or all C of these tutorials happen to be new to you C even better! A great thanks goes out to all the artist who put a lot of their time and energy into the creation of these tutorials.
Happy painting! /MBP aka Bass.T/

Most of us don’t know the first thing about the machines we’re licensed to drive – and this can turn a ticket to freedom into a ticket to trouble. If you’re like most people, you probably tend to drive around until something goes wrong with the car. You then incur the expense of replacing worn and burnt-out parts (or the entire engine) when low-cost, regular maintenance could have kept your wheels turning for a long time.
Auto Repair For Dummies is indispensable for anyone who is tired of nodding and smiling at the incomprehensible mutterings of your mechanic, only to end up shelling out money for repairs that you neither fully understand nor always need. This easy-to-understand guide is also for you if you Don’t have the vaguest idea of how a car works. Can’t identify anything you see under the hood of your vehicle. Are tired of other people assuming (especially if you’re a teenager or a woman) that you aren’t capable of handling repairs yourself. Don’t want to feel helpless in an emergency. Are tired of being ripped off because of your own ignorance.

Fireworks CS4 Getting Started
with: Jim Babbage
Fireworks has come a long way from its roots as a screen graphics editor. As Jim Babbage demonstrates in Fireworks CS4 Getting Started, the latest release can serve as a rapid prototyping tool for a variety of uses–a central hub in the design and production workflow. Since Fireworks is a hybrid imaging application, able to seamlessly mix vector and bitmap images, layered Illustrator and Photoshop documents can be imported, edited, and restructured. Jim shows how to customize the interface and use layout tools like Smart Guides and the 9-Slice Scaling tool to quickly position and align objects on the canvas. He also discusses a variety of delivery options, including web-optimized graphics, interactive PDFs, AIR prototypes, and standards-compliant CSS and HTML. Example files accompany the course.
